At Pureargjend, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return period is 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused,
- In the same condition as delivered,
- Preferably in its original packaging, and undamaged.
To initiate a return, simply provide your order number or order details.
Refunds
At Pureargjend, all payments are made cash on delivery.
During the return process, when you hand the product back to the courier,
the courier immediately refunds the amount you paid.
Sale Items
Discounted items are fully eligible for returns.
The same 7-day return policy applies to both discounted and non-discounted products.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request an exchange.

Return Shipping & Costs
All return shipping costs are covered by Pureargjend.
Customers are never charged for return shipments.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping address via email.
